PAYMENT

Payment is due in full on the day of the photo shoot. (Deposit may be required.) Payment made by check (payable to Tyra Sutak Ink & Images) or cash are accepted.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

Tyra Sutak Ink & Images retains full copyright to all photographs taken during the photography shoot, but grants unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable rights to client to use or reproduce any photographs purchased as final photographs. By hiring me you agree to these terms.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS

If you need to reschedule your session for a different date or time, please let me know at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session date.
